Description:
Cosmos H777 consists of a tacky, Fiber Glass based material with adhesive on both sides. It can be assembled onto a heat sink or heat. The natural tack of the phase change polymer holds the Cosmos H777 to the heat sink. Thermal Conductivity 1.5 W/m-K.
